This service (“Service”) is an automated workflow built with n8n that publishes content to an X (formerly Twitter) account owned and controlled by the service operator (“Operator”).

The Service is used solely to post or schedule content that is created, reviewed, or approved by the Operator.

2. Acceptable Use

The Service is intended only for:

  • Posting original text and optional media to authorized X accounts

  • Automating publishing workflows under the Operator’s control

The Service does not:

  • Scrape X data

  • Monitor or analyze other users

  • Collect personal data from third parties

  • Engage in spam, manipulation, or abusive automation

3. Data & Privacy

  • The Service only processes content explicitly provided for posting.

  • No personal data from other X users is collected, stored, shared, or sold.

  • API credentials and tokens are stored securely within the n8n environment.

  • No data is used for advertising, analytics, or profiling.

4. Automation Control

All automated actions are:

  • Configured and controlled by the Operator

  • Limited to authorized accounts

  • Able to be paused or disabled at any time

The Operator remains fully responsible for all posted content.

5. Compliance

The Service is designed to comply with:

  • X Developer Agreement

  • X Automation Rules

  • X Content and Safety Policies

The Service will not be used to publish prohibited or policy-violating content.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party platforms including:

  • X (Twitter) API

  • n8n automation software

Use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms. Availability and functionality may change without notice.

The Service is provided “as is.”
The Operator is not liable for posting errors, API downtime, or enforcement actions taken by X.
